Kiese Laymon, award-winning author of “Heavy” and the newly released picture book “CITY SUMMER, COUNTRY SUMMER,” will share insights from his work, discuss the importance of reading and writing, and engage with attendees. This event includes a Q&A and book signing. Participants will receive complimentary copies of Laymon’s books to add to their home library (while supplies last).
