Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, and the rest of the Avengers as you've never seen them before with all-new interpretations of Peter Pan, Pinocchio, Alice in Wonderland, and the Wizard of Oz. Plus, from Spider-Man fairy tales, Mary Jane fills the shoes of another famous red-head in this retelling of Little Red Riding Hood with super hero sensibilities! And from X-Men fairy tales comes a re-imagining of the tragic origin of Professor Xavier and Magneto, based on the ancient African tale, "The Friendship of the Tortoise and the Eagle."

Imagine if (very young) versions of Captain America, Thor, Iron Man and other Avengers re-enacted the tale of Peter Pan, the Wizard of Oz, Alice in Wonderland and Pinocchio! Unfortunately not drawn in classic Marvel comics style, these superheroes are often well disguised in their unfamiliar roles in these fairy tales.

The art was good, the writing ranges from "ok" to "pretty clever". All in all, a fun read to get you through a day on public transportation.
