The book's title does nothing in common with its contents.
And should not be included in the section "Health and wellness”.
Maybe it’s a norm for somebody to use F. word “in the tail and mane”, like to say “Good morning” and “How are you”, but to see this word in each page of this book - leaves impression that it was written under a strong alcoholic or drug influence.
With many thoughts and opinions of the author I absolutely agree. But her tone is so rude, arrogant and selfconcentred – that I really wouldn’t like to meet such a person in my life.
