Simple, direct, everyday zen and practical meditation methods for all ages. Awakening the senses through meditation. Same author has book on our relationship with food. These are 53 short daily meditations presented as happening over a year's time -- this book is worth owning. Other zen writers I love to read and listen to, are Charlotte Joko Beck and Osho Rajneesh, both with a similar high quality as Dr. Chozen.
