A great book full of facts that will enhance your Dave Grohl and Foo Fighters knowledge to a legendary level. An intense read that was thoroughly written. The pics were also a great addition. I especially enjoyed the commentary as they are 100% Dave with the classy F bombs. Loved it! Consider this a valuable lesson in music. It would be well accompanied with the Sonic Highways HBO rockumentaries. Do it!

For hardcore fans. Reads like a history lesson a lot of the time. Not a lot of crazy rock and roll stories. Alternating chapters include a song by song account of each album.
Very thorough though and paints a picture of over a decade of the music scene in North America.
