This DVD may not be a good one for beginners or someone who has not been active. Each day has a walk plus some toning exercises for different parts of the body. The walks are 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 miles long, so a beginner or someone who has not been active may find most of the walks a little too much. But it’s a good video for someone who is normally active and needs something for a winter or rainy day when they can’t get outside to walk or jog.
This is a good way to get some exercise in the winter when the weather keeps us indoors more than usual.
