There are fifty-two mindfulness exercises in this, but really there are much fewer because the same ones are regurgitated but with slightly different content. The narrator's voice is rather deep and not too smooth, like from a murder-mystery movie advert. The work as a whole uses, or rather abuses, the imprimatur of both Buddhism and neuro-science by referring to both repetitively.
