It is easy to read and is explained really well.

It provides simple examples.

It helps to take notes as you read. After reading each chapter I realized why I hadn't lost any pounds because I thought I was doing good habits. I recommend this book if you need some guidance. It really tailors to your eating style. I now want to buy the book to keep as a reference book.
