The plot is best in the third instalment 'Code', but I rated 'Exposure' higher because Tory's attitude has changed a bit. She's less mean and judgmental, and cares more. I also liked the romance (it was sweet). The ending was very surprising and I am looking forward to the next one.
It isn't perfect (what is?) but this series is still worth reading.

I love this novel because its' one of those books that you can't put down when you start it.
