Finnish movie starring Samual L. Jackson as a pretty cowardly and inept president. Certainly going against the usual characters played by Jackson. I expected a different type of character and then I sort of saw the film as how non-Americans must envision the United States and the American president. It was a bit jarring, yet it all made sense in a way. Well that is what I got out of this movie and it wasn’t all that bad, yes it was far fetched, but it was different with the Finnish angle.

Hokey at times? Yeah. Entertaining? Definitely.

Not that good. Over the top nonsense.

Contains some very bad language and taking of Our LORD's name in vain. The plot itself was good though. Not highly recommended.

Die Hard in the mountains (oh wait, that was Cliffhanger) but this time it's a kid with a bow against villains with missiles and a helicopter. Unfortunately, a freezer in the middle of nowhere that serves as an indestructible escape pod requires the weak plot element of a faithless father. Pretty terrible unless you are a kid that hasn't seen anything better.

Fun movie you needn't take seriously enough to criticize.

Fun and entertaining movie about stranded president. Very hard to buy plot. Not much logic.

It was one of the best actions movies I ever saw.

Disappointing film that had potential and went nowhere. Air Force One is shot down over a forest in Finland by a Middle Eastern hunter who wants to hunt the President. The President is "saved" by a 13 year old Finnish boy who is out on his first hunt. The backstory is that the kid's father is one of the tribe's best hunters and so he tells the kid his secret, a location deep in the forest where he will easily find elk. Only when the kid gets there it's a freezer with an already dead elk in it for the kid to pretend he killed. So his father assumed he would fail. :( Anyhoo, all of the situations were pretty ridiculous. They fly in the freezer over the mountains suspended by a helicopter etcetera. The acting was really bad, even for a kids film. I was surprised Samuel Jackson and Ray Stevenson were in this film.
