Louis and Frances have both had traumatic things happen to them in the past, and that is why they know each other. After Louis feels as if he’s responsible for the loss of his sister’s legs and Frances had just lost both her parents, the two met online at a support group. Since then, they have been keeping in touch and one day decides to embark on a journey to meet each other in Texas. During that trip, the two will have to question their past and their mysterious knack for losing things, and the results will be more shocking than you think. This book has left me bedazzled. The twists were formidable and the character development was evident. It showed family complications and how two unlikely souls will join if it was meant to be. Rating: 5/5
