New York City is full of surprises for Anna. She did not expect to find that her childhood crush Sean O’Neil, has been appointed the new manager of The Rothsberg.

Anna’s journey is a summer of new beginnings, renewed hope, and romance in the heart of New York City.

This was an easy and quick read; it just wasn't very exciting, I guess. The setting is interesting and the author does a good job with the descriptions and story lines - it was just a little slow for me. Did appreciate that there was no foul language or sex in the book.

What a fun, lighthearted, joyful read! Anna the main character is described so well, you would think she was a friend of yours. Her exciting journey of moving to New York and being hired for a fancy boutique hotel is a fun premise for the story, but even better is following her as she becomes acquainted with New York City. Of course, the best part is the romance, which creates a unique problem, only to be solved in the best way!
