The structure of this book is brilliant. The subject matter is tough. Together, it's a remarkably well-written memoir not just about addiction and recovery, but about grit, family, love, and honesty.

Vacillating between present and past, Mohr brings his addition and recovery into sharp focus. It's a beautifully constructed memoir that, while difficult to read, is beautifully written.
