This little story was chock-full of fun and adventure. It is an endearing tale about Harry cat, Tucker mouse, and Chester cricket and their journeys together in New York City. There are great life lessons on perseverance, compromise and friendship. There are plenty of little cultural treats woven throughout the story, exposing children to a nuance of diverse surroundings and experiences. And…a happy ending to boot! Fantastic!

Such a lovely cute story about three animals and their interactions with the humans around them. Perfect to read aloud to an animal loving 8 yr old!

When Chester the cricket found himself in Times Square, he certainly wasn't expecting to befriend a street-wise cat and mouse. Together, Chester and his new friends explore the city and have exciting adventures.
