Add a CommentIf you like listening to the pitch-perfect vocal talents of American jazz singer, Ella Fitzgerald, then, you are certain to enjoy hearing her sing these songs by composer, Cole Porter.
This "Songbook" compilation is a 2-disc set of 35 tracks which were recorded by Ella (along with accompaniment of the Buddy Bregman Orchestra) in 1956.

GREAT 2 CD set of fabulous songs (Cole Porter), singing (Ella Fitzgerald), and orchestration (Buddy Bregman) originally done in mid 50's. First time I've noted Buddy's work; I'll be checking out his release with Anita O'Day.
Here's a couple hours of compelling auditory entertainment; highly recommended!
