Thoroughly enjoying this new to me Michigan author. I will continue to read the series.

I spent a lot of time in the Michigan Upper Peninsula, where my grandfather had a cottage off of the big lake. So I was very disappointed in this scattered and boring tale introducing us to randy conservation officer Grady Services. Reading this book was like drinking weak tea. In most cases, I'm willing to read the second book in a series before giving up. But not in this case.

Michigan Upper Peninsula, conservation officer Grady Services keep track of what's going on in "his" neck of the woods.
