This is a wonderful story about settlers in Nebraska forging their lives in a hard world. Great look at how hardy those pioneers were, and wonderful characters that get inside of you. The narration was great also.

This is a great CD version of Willa Cather's genius. I highly recommend this as road trip entertainment.
