I wish there was more to go on, I feel like it was one thing after another. I liked having Lee back but I wish there was more development with the Grants, who Lee was and his brother and the bodyguard as well

This book is wonderful with exciting plots. It is really surprising, because you think that you can trust a person is right, but then the next minute, you can't. This series isn't getting old.

As a third child in a society that allows only two children per family, Luke Garner was in hiding for the first twelve years of his life. Then he was given the freedom of an identity card that had belonged to Lee Grant, a Baron (a member of the highest class of society), and was sent to boarding school as Lee. But now, just when things are finally starting to go right, Lee's little brother, Smits, arrives at school, and Luke finds himself caught in a web of lies that gets more complex with every passing day--and possibly even lethal. Can Luke trust the grief-stricken Smits to keep Luke's secret? And can he trust Smits's menacing bodyguard, Oscar?

Luke finds that living among the Barons puts him in the deadliest danger he has ever faced.

Luke Garner, or now Lee Grant, is faced with the challenge of Lee's brother, Smits, coming the Hendrick's School for Boys. Luke is now immensely worried about what Smits will do, but you'll just have to read and find out for yourself what happens

Where there is trouble, it is always associated with Lee Grant, also known as Luke Garner. He lives in a world of Impostors, betraying and Lies. When Luke finds out that Lee's actual little brother is coming, it is hard for him. Smits is really just grieving deeply, but that could harm Luke's identity. When Luke visits the Grant household, after a fire, he finds out about the Grants plans and also everyone else's. A really compelling novel.

"A society allows only two children per family, Luke Garner is finally adjusting to his new life at the Hendricks School. While the Grants belong to the highest class of society called the Barons, Luke avoids the affections and befriends his classmates, who are also illegal thirds." (Novelist Review)
