I am the author of this book, a work I started the day after 9-11. I was emotionally overwhelmed by the courage displayed that day in New York and in the skies. I had to understand the origins of such heroism. What better way to do that than to write a book. Now that I am living in Olathe, I am happy to see that it is available to patrons here. (When I wrote this comment, I was also happy to see that the book was checked out.) 8^)
