A deeply spiritual film that surpasses all other films about Catholic priests or nuns, with the exception of "Viridiana." Moving, compelling, a conversion experience..and Bresson's landscapes, hues of black, gray, light gray, and white, the quick editing, the wonderful acting by Laydu as the priest and all of the rest of this amazing cast, make this a momentous film. Do not miss it.

A film that words fail.
