Very interesting concept and I enjoyed the book enough to buy my own copy and a 10-pack (all you can buy - they don't sell individual ones) of the complaint bracelets from the website. That being said, I didn't keep the bracelet on for long...! But the book does a good job of opening up the possibilities inherent in complaining less - a LOT less. Quite the eye-opener. Guess I just like complaining way too much...?!
