Very organized, emphasizes the important points. Here are my notes:
Make speed reading commitment
Focus like a laser beam
See it don't say it
Resist regression urge
Widen your vision span
Vary reading rate
Read for main ideas
Use the eye sweep (use a pacer to start, but not for long). Whip eyes to next line
Get eyes checked

eye squeezes
Thumb-to-thumb glancing
Tree pose (again peripheral glancing, if you fall, you are moving your head= bad)
Eye rolling (clockwise, blink, counterclockwise, blink)
Eye writing (another strengthening ex)
10-10-10 Focus on something 10 feet away for 10 s every 10 min
Change focus (use thumb in front of face, then focus on distant object)
Half-closed lids
Eye massage

Sometimes the method of speed reading leave out some of the joy of taking your time and reading a book. The methods work, but I definitely wont be employing them all of the time.
